Spike's showdown against Malefor

At the ending of the Legendary Spike chapter, Malefor claims the Crystal Empire and starts fusing the Crystal Ponies with Dark Magic. The Skylanders arrive at the Crystal Empire, Spyro decides that a lone Skylander should confront Malefor and Sombra, Spike volunteers. Sparx tags along because like him and Spyro, Spike and Sparx cannot be serperated.

When they reach the top of the Crystal Tower, Spike is confronted by one thing, Nightmare Rarity, corrupted by Malefor's dark influence. But he knows that he would have to fight the mare he loves to get to Malefor. But soon Spike would have an idea to seperate Nightmare Rarity from the real Rarity. He still has the Soul Gem Omnitrix, he could use it to seperate a variant from its original form. He tested this when he used it to seperate Alicorn Twilight and Legendary Spyro from Twilight and Spyro.
